Poached Salmon
  Fresh North Atlantic salmon fillet, poached in white wine and herbs

Pasta Primavera
  Fresh broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, cauliflower and zucchini tossed in an Alfredo sauce
  with black pepper fettucine

Chicken Marsala
  Boneless breast of chicken sauteed with Marsala wine, mushrooms and served with linguine

Seafood Alfredo
  Fresh haddock, shrimp and scallops in and Alfredo sauce tossed with black pepper fettucine

  Artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, kalamata olives & spinach saureed with white
